From our fryer you can try some types of pancakes with wild herbs such as borage or broccoli, seasonal vegetables or spices.

While in the second courses of meat, according to tradition, you will find succulent dishes prepared with farm animals such as chicken, pork, lamb or even wild boar but above all the particular green hare rabbit from the Cimini Mountains.

The green hare rabbit is a breed selected by the University of Tuscia that lives in a particular environ ment in full naturalness with a careful nutrition... the consequence is that an exceptional product comes out, we offer it "alla cacciatora" like the hunter's tradition.

As desserts we prepare tozzetti made with the hazelnuts of the Cimini mountains and above all desserts with our chestnuts of the Cimini.
